1 General Terms & Conditions

3 Age Verification & KYC

The minimum age to participate on Jelly Life is 18. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform. To verify age, Jelly Life may request a valid ID or birth registration certificate at any time.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to submit one of the following documents:

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings on Jelly Life is quick and straightforward. However, certain rules must be followed to ensure security. Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 24 hours.

6 Betting Rules

7 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• If the required wagering (rollover) conditions are not met after claiming a bonus, withdrawals will not be permitted.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Jelly Life reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violating any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• If false or incomplete information is found during KYC verification.
• If suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity are detected.
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.

You may close your account at any time. To do so, withdraw your balance first, then submit a request for permanent account deletion.
